Only one thing could have made it more perfect...beachside! Only 5 minute walk to beach. Clean, well appointed, recently renovated home. Had everything we needed. Very little traffic on Cameron Blvd. Loved it will be back!

Had a great time at this pleasant location close to the beach. The home is cozy. Great restaurants around the area. Would recommend to change some of the mattresses. And provide some better pots and pans for cooking basic. Asked for provide more than just one garbage bag about applying two or three.

Great location. Love the two seating areas with televisions.
Construction next door, but no noise was noticed.
More cabinet space for groceries would be helpful. There was very limited cabinet space.

Easy access to the house, great location being one mile from the smaller city and like one block to the beach, lots of beds to choose from. It is an older home and it could have been slightly cleaner due to finding some fake lashes on the floor. Overall I would recommend although we did not cook anything on the premises.

We've stayed here 2 times now and really enjoy it. Plenty of space and all amenities are nice. We never used the "outdoor" shower because it is so far from the front of the house. However, this was not a problem for us. I will gladly come back.

This was the perfect size with the perfect location and all the amenities we needed for a long weekend. The only issue we had is the bed in the "master" was extremely low and uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on one of the twins in the connecting room. The most comfortable beds are in the room with the bunk beds but that's where the kids wanted of course which left odd sleeping arrangements for adults. Spacious and loved the family room. Outside needed some TLC but that may be due to construction across the street. Would book again but make kids move rooms :)

The property seemed to be in good condition and was very orderly upon arrival. There was a broken dining chair which we reported immediately and they can the next day to take it away. As far as cleanliness, it depends on what your idea of clean should be. It was clean yes, but dusting items and some areas could be done better. Beds were in good shape but a bit hard for some guests. Overall we enjoyed the stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood to unwind. We loved it!

The house fit our needs very well. We did not like the shower in the outside shed because there really is no drain! We ended up using the hose in the backyard to spray off the kids and ourselves.The yard could use some up keep. We had a very nice time here and would definitely come again!

This home was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. It was clean, well maintained, and in a great location close to the beach. This home is not the newest, fanciest, or biggest, but it worked perfectly for our family. It had everything we needed and everything was set up just right for us. I would highly recommend this property for any family looking for a rental that is a two minute walk to the water, but yet much more affordable than some newer, larger rentals. We would book this home again without hesitation.

The property was perfect for us. It was nicely decorated and very clean upon our arrival. The only detractor was the heating system's thermostats were restricted to 72 degrees which was a bit too cold for one of our party.

We come to IOP every year, but this is our first house rental (had done Condos previously). This house was a great fit. The two dens and bedrooms on both sides of the house. I would encourage the owners to consider some new living room furniture.
The couch and smaller chair in lg room were not very comfortable at all. This left the recliners... but that's only enough space for 2. On the whole, everything was good. Island Realty was very responsive to our miscellaneous needs.

I booked this house for me and 5 friends for a past due vacation! We came down from Pennsylvania and the check in process was seamless upon arrival! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The house is perfect for friends. We didn’t have to share beds! Bonus! The distance to walk to the beach is like 5 minutes from driveway to toes in the sand. Bring your own beach towels and chairs and things as these weren’t provided. The neighborhood felt safe day and night and the “Main Street” with the bars and restaurants is a little too far to walk so plan to drive. Uber was not an option. No cars available. The coffeemaker was left not cleaned and appeared to have mold inside the water tank. I contacted Island Realty and a new coffeemaker was delivered that afternoon! Clean and new. Very fast service in my opinion. The house itself was nice and spacious! There were ample seating spaces for all of us girls. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses and plenty of cooking utensils. Make sure you bring your toilet paper and things you’ll need for taking snacks to the beach. I brought a couple extra garbage bags and toilet paper and paper towels. We only wished there had been a gas grill to cook up some burgers and dogs after beach time! Floors were a bit dirty so I’d suggest Island Realty check up on the cleaners to ensure everything is up to standard expectations. The guests are expected to wash the things they use but I would have some inspection requirement for dishes and appliances to be sure the next guests are getting a fully clean start. Overall we were all happy with our choice foe this rental and the agency. We would definitely stay again and book through Island Realty.

Check in was a breeze. The entire house is updated and very clean. Tiled showers and flooring adds a nice touch. The house is much bigger than the photos could do justice. It only took 4 minutes to walk to beach entrance; literally a 45 second drive. Very satisfied and have already planned to stay in this house again next year.

We loved the location and the size of the house for two families of 6. We had two issues while there. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night but when we called the next morning they were promptly replaced. Might make a note about the time to change the batteries next year. Grandparents shared the jack and jill bath with grandkids and there was never hot water in that bathroom. Took cold showers. We reported this upon checkout. The layout of the house is perfect for 2 families with TV's for everyone.

Everything that is on IR website for this house was exactly as we found it. 6 adults able to enjoy a week of relaxation and not be in each other's way for meal time or bathing. This is very petty. But the house states 8 can stay here, and I agree, but...there aren't enough spots to hang bath towels to dry. See, very small complaint.

This was perfect for our family. We had 8 staying. One master, room with 2 singles and then one large room with queen and bunk beds with a full bottom on the bunk which was ideal for the girls. Love that this house had two sitting areas. Great location.
