Very nice two bedroom rental. It was clean, well stocked and close to the beach. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great experience overall.
The property management staff were super nice and friendly. While we had no concerns they stayed in touch with us throughout our stay.

Great vacation stay. Not far from the beach. Easy access to the water. Very quiet family friendly area. Pool is small but very clean with good seating and lots of shade. Beach pier is great to walk ant dusk and dawn. Our unit was on the third floor so if you don't like the climb, I’d suggest you pick a lower unit. 308B was clean and well kept. Not overly crowded by furniture. Not overly updated but also not outdated. Kitchen supplies are somewhat limited so if you’ll be doing lots of cooking, this unit might not be your choice or you might bring additional. We also felt the toaster needed replaced as it burned before it cooked. In-fridge ice maker that worked was a huge unexpected plus. Most I’ve stayed in don’t make ice. Beds were comfortable. Biggest plus is that it’s the only unit I’m aware of that’s more accommodating to adults since it has two queen beds in bedrooms rather than one queen and two twins. Televisions were large in LR and master with lots of channels and streaming services. Balcony had four padded seating chairs. Bathrooms were clean and more updated than some units. Hot water was great. Island Realty makes after-hours check in very easy. Same with checkout. Would definitely recommend location, realty company and this specific unit. We had a great stay.

Great location- 2 minute walk to beach. Seemed safe and quiet at night. Parking is an absolute problem. Advertised as a 6 person condo but only had 1 parking spot. Having to pay for daily parking should have been explained better. It was a hassle and not what you would expect to have to deal with on vacation. Really like IOP but probably won't go back there because of the parking hassle. Other beaches we have been doesn't seem to have this issue.

What is the cancellation policy? Are bath and beach towels provided?

Answer:

Beach towels are not provided in any of our rentals.

You can cancel your reservation; however, you will not get a refund unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate as your reservation. Island Realty has a 10% cancellation fee, and the remainder of your deposit is held pending the re-rental of the property. If you are paid in full for the reservation, all money will be held until we can re-rent the property. If the property is not re-booked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at the time of booking. Email [email protected] if you must cancel your reservation.

Purchasing travel insurance may help with a reimbursement if cancellation is prompted by an extenuating circumstance, for example:

A named hurricane or other natural disaster

Uninhabitability of your primary residence or your traveling companion's primary residence caused by a natural disaster

This is not in Wild Dunes Resort. It is located in the front beach are of Isle of Palms and is walkable to restaurants and shops.
