You'll wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the tranquil coastal atmosphere. Enjoy a meal out on the tiled private balcony or tray tables to watch your favorite shows indoors. The sun rises and sets directly over this unit, perfect for a summer evening on the swing. The decor is fresh and beach-themed, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere for your relaxing getaway. The kitchen features high-level full-size appliances with filtered water and ice. Also, a convenient dual-coffee setup with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig—perfect for every kind of coffee lover!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Our stay in 314A was interruped due to roof repair. However the staff of Island Reality was over the top helpful for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. 314A is an awesome condo and I would stay there again. It offers high end appliances and very nice amenties. I can not say enough for the staff of Island Reality. They are the best. We'll be back next year!

Loved the condo! The only bad experience was the stairs. 3 floors up with luggage and groceries was a challenge at my age. I WISH THIS PLACE AGE AN ELEVATOR! I seen another guest fall on the next building with his groceries and wife with luggage.

While some owners choose to leave a hair dryer for their guests, it is not a required item so we cannot guarantee that one will be available.

This unit currently features a traditional drip-style coffee pot (uses grounds and filters, not pods).

What is the cancellation policy

Answer:

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, you’ll receive a refund of everything you paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee (inclusive of rent and all applicable fees).

• If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. However, if we are able to rebook your home, you will receive a refund for any nights that are rebooked. A 10% cancellation fee still applies.

• If the home is rebooked for fewer nights or at a lower rate, your refund will be based only on rental revenue collected from the new booking.

• If the home is not rebooked, the full reservation amount is forfeited.

Island Realty retains sole discretion over pricing, marketing, and booking decisions for any re-rental of the property.
