BEACH ACCESS UPDATE:
Due to ongoing work being performed on the dunes, beach access from Seascape Villas is currently closed until the area is deemed safe to reopen. During this time, guests may use the public beach access at Summer Dunes Lane, which is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.
