Perched above the palm trees and looking out on the water of the Atlantic, this three bedroom, three bath Shipwatch villa offers a comfortable retreat for your Isle of Palms vacation. Enjoy lovely interiors, panoramic views of the ocean and lush beach landscape from the privacy of a tastefully furnished living room and the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with tile flooring and bar seating for two, in addition to the dining area with table and chairs for six provides plenty of space and convenience for your mealtime needs. If you prefer al fresco dining, enjoy your meals at a four seat table on the balcony as inhale the salty breeze and the sounds of the sea. Just steps from the beach and the Shipwatch pool, this spacious villa comfortably sleeps seven. The master bedroom features a king bed with a brand-new mattress upgrade as of March 2025. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes both a queen and a double bed. Each bedroom has its own well-appointed bathroom for added convenience. So settle in to island life and make yourself at home in the bright, clean atmosphere of this welcoming ocean front Lowcountry villa.

Linens are included. No Pets. No Smoking.

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

My family has stayed at several properties in IOP and this was one of the nicer locations that we have visited. The view was great and the balcony was very spacious. The walk to the beach was easy. The parking underneath the buildings is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle however there are spaces outside to park larger trucks or SUV's. We love to cook and this kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated. The property was very clean, comfortable and the property grounds were well maintained.

Nice furniture, pillows, etc. Main bathroom shower door needs repair, did not close entirely and TOO heavy for renters to realign...could be dangerousl Great view! Parking and grounds a plus! The unit was very nice and great proximity to the beach. It was part of 3 units rented with the family. Overall room was very good but there were a few issues - track for main bathroom shower door needs to be fixed, couldn’t bring beach wagons into room and got a notice we couldn’t leave outside door, and most beach paths had steps which was difficult for beach wagons.

Shipwatch is one of the best run group of condos on the island. C-317 is very nice with views of the ocean and pool. I love having a cup of coffee on the deck each morning. The condo is very roomy and comfortable. I would not hesitate renting this unit again. My only criticism would be that the furniture is getting dated and the pots and pans are showing enough wear to be replaced. But those are minor issues. I rent 6 to 8 weeks each year and Island Realty has always been great to work with..

There was a little hiccup to the first property of our choice that we had booked, no fault of the owner. Spend Thanksgiving here. It was comfortable, good location, good parking options. Accommodated my family for Thanksgiving dinner. Kitchen well appointed. Furnishings are a little dated but comfortable. the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. This has been a complaint for several years and I would think the owner would have replaced. My only complaint.

Great location in Wild Dunes and Partial ocean view over the trees. The condo had a great layout and was spacious. I would suggest a few things to make the condo top of the line: 1. Please upgrade the TVs. I understand you don’t go to the beach to watch TV but you are in the condo at night and the TVs were so small, you could not see the guide. 2. The master bedroom mattress is horrible to say the least. 3. The air only flows in the master bedroom, kitchen and living room. There was zero air flow in the back two bedrooms.

Great condo but…..

This condo is very nice and spacious. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The few downfalls: 1. The TVs are very small and outdated. TVs are so inexpensive these days, it seems as if they could be updated. 2. The king size bed mattress is awful. We did not know if we were sleeping on a mattress or a ping pong table. It’s very firm yet when you lay down, you feel as if you are going to roll off. The only other negative thing is being right in front of the pool. You can hear the kids screaming until the pool closes. Other than those negatives, the condo is great. We would stay again but probably bring our own tvs.

Loved the view and location. The condo needs updating with furniture and den TV. It was not a good picture and No HD. View was beautiful. Food and stuff under Dr table glass. Master bedroom dress had several drawers that would not close so had to prop luggage rack against them at stay closed. The front bedroom with 2 queen beds would not get real cool at night. Island Realty was good to work with and keep you informed about reservations and up to date. Disappointed in condo but loved staying at this site. Had friends in another condo on 1st floor that was very nice. Would recommend the site not the condo. Thank you

Shipwatch Condos do have an elevator for guest use between floors in addition to the stairs. All doorways are standard width and this unit features both a walk-in shower and tub/shower combo.
