My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in this upscale condo. Being on the first level was very convenient. We had a great view of the ocean and enjoyed sitting on the porch, taking in the breeze. Overall this was a very good property with a great location on the beach. The condo looked just like the photos that were included in VRBO so there were no surprises. This property is STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the door you know you have arrived to a relaxing beach vacation. It looks to be professionally decorated. Everything is in the perfect place. There were plenty of towels, extra set of sheets, well stocked kitchen and lots more. You just walk out the door and there is everything right there! Shops and restaurants. The only time we got back in our car was to visit Charleston which is only 25 minutes away. I would highly recommend this condo so much that we are booking it again next year. This condo was recently renovated with high end finishes that seem like they will stay nice and new for a long time. Fully stocked kitchen. Proximity to and view of the ocean are well represented in pictures. Note that it is very close to the pier/public parking, so the part of beach directly in front of the condo can get busy. Not much of a walk down the beach to get to a more secluded spot if that's what your seeking. The pictures dont do this place justice. From the cleanliness to the decor, everything is meticulously maintained. The owner didn't cut a single corner from furniture to dishes. Answer:
You can cancel your reservation; however, you will not get a refund unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate as your reservation.
Island Realty has a 10% cancellation fee, and the remainder of your deposit is held pending the re-rental of the property.
If you are paid in full for the reservation, all money will be held until we can re-rent the property. If the property is not re-booked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at the time of booking.

This unit has a combination single cup/full size pot coffee machine, so it can take K-cup pods as well as make a full pot of coffee! Although some of our property owners choose to supply hair dryers for our guests, it is not something that we require of them so we cannot guarantee that there will be one available.
